We understand that life can get busy, and it's easy to lose sight of your fitness aspirations. That's why we've created this challenge to provide you with the support and structure you need to succeed. This 30-day challenge is designed to help you realign with your New Year goals and keep you motivated along the way :)

Each follow-along workout is 15 minutes long
Monday: Booty Burn
Tuesday: Upper Body | Pilates Inspired
Wednesday: Ab Attack
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms & Abs
Saturday: Full Body
Sunday: Active Rest | 10k steps
What can I expect?
During the challenge, we'll provide you with everything you need to stay on track.
You'll receive daily workout routines that can be done from anywhere, ensuring that no matter where you are, you can still get your exercise in. Our expertly crafted meal plans will keep your nutrition on point, making it easier than ever to eat clean and fuel your body with the right foods.
What equipment do I need if I’m at home?
All don’t need any equipment besides a yoga matt/something comfortable to lie on. You are always welcome to add dumbbells, resistance bands, and ankle weights for an extra challenge.
How to purchase?
To enter, subscribe or be subscribed to the app and then head to the challenge tab. You will have access to the challenge for as long as you remain a subscriber to the app.
What’s the cost of the challenge?
$29.99- this is a promotional one-off payment for new subscribers
The promotional rate will only apply until July 7th, after which time the challenge will return to its usual price of $49
How do I Stay On Track?
To help you stay organized and motivated, we've created a challenge checklist calendar. This calendar will guide you through each day of the challenge, reminding you of the habits you need to focus on and allowing you to track your progress along the way. With each checkmark, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment and move closer to achieving your goals.
Community:
We've created a dedicated group where participants can come together, share their experiences, offer support, and celebrate their successes. By joining this community, you'll gain access to a network of like-minded individuals who are on the same journey as you.

- Submit front, back, side photos to support@beaarbody.com by midnight on July 7th
How can I Win?
- Complete the Challenge
- You will have a daily checklist to check off to stay on track
- Engage with Community
- Check Ins: you can send a daily photo of you completing the challenge in the group or post on your story and tag @beaarbody. This can be a photo of you doing your workout for the day, at the gym, taking your daily steps, drinking water, making a healthy meal, or anything pertaining to the challenge. (You don’t have to include your face if not comfortable. This is for daily accountability and motivation)
- Send in After Photos by 7th August to support@beaarbody.com. These should be full body images (front, back and side)
