This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. My fitness journey started in high school when I joined the girl's weightlifting team. I was lifting 2-3x my body weight while having to remain slim to meet my weight class. This required a lot of strength, proper fuel, and taught me a lot about growing muscles while cutting fat.
When I noticed that everything got bigger, I started working out my glutes a lot because I wanted them to be predominant over my quads. When I worked out upper body, I did more toning exercises because I wasn't a fan of how big my arms got during weightlifting. I also find out I was working out my abs in a way that actually made them wider!
I started developing my own style of training that was focused on building more of a hourglass shape that I desired.
